Know anyone who would like to make a difference as a volunteer member of the credit union’s Board of Directors? Three positions on our Board of Directors are set to expire at the Annual Meeting. That means the nominating committee is accepting formal nominations in writing from any members interested in being on the Board of Directors.

Nominations will be accepted until December 28, 2017. You may also present a nomination by petition by February 18, 2018. The petition must be signed by 1% of the membership (at least 90 signatures). The election will not be conducted with walk-in ballots and no floor nominations will be accepted when there is one nominee for each position to be filled. However, the election will be conducted with electronic and telephone ballots.

If you or someone you know would be a good candidate, we’d like to hear from you. Duties include declaring dividend and interest rates and setting policies during meetings on the fourth Wednesday of each month.
