If you have more than one account at the credit union and would like access to that account without having to dial TOPS again, please contact us for the proper documentation and setup. One of the ways to navigate easily through the system is to set it up for Expert Mode. Follow the instructions below: Dial into the Credit Union and Select 1 for TOPS Listen to the message completely Choose 1 for the Main Menu of Services Enter your account number If this is your first call since December 1, you will prompted to enter your social security number and to select a security number Choose 7 for Additional Options Choose 1 for Change Preference Menu Choose 2 for Change Expert/Menu Mode Use the codes below to access information on your account. The following codes will be needed to complete "TOPS" transactions.
To make loan transactions or inquires, have your Loan number ready (it can be found on your statement). Due to the numerous loan promotions and loans available through the Credit Union, we are unable to list them all. Our "TOPS" system will enable you to verify that your deposits or payments have arrived safely and have been posted properly to your account(s).
